Fees	1% - 2% (minimum $2150)
Payments	Blended, 25 year amortizations
Renewal fees	25 BPS ($250 Minimum)
Loan Amount	$10,000 to $750,000

Modular / Mobile Homes

Kokanee Mortgage offers lending on Mobile Homes on rented pads by exception. The home must be permanently affixed to the land. This means sitting on a concrete foundation, or other permanent method authorized by the National Building Code.

In addition, the home must:

Have a valid CSA sticker affixed
Be de-registered at the time of closing (in British Columbia)
Be newer than 15 years (older considered on case-by-case basis)
