We are an equity lender in smaller cities and towns across Canada, from Ontario in the east, to British Columbia in the west, and the Yukon in the North. We like to remind our brokers “if the town has a fine coffee establishment, we probably lend there”.
Kokanee Mortgage offers lending solutions to borrowers who may be non-bank qualified, self employed, or those working to rebuild their credit.
